Support That Meets You Where You Are: Every journey is unique; our services are built to honor that.

Visit the Center

At the Outreach Center, everything starts with one promise: veterans helping veterans. Every journey is different, so we listen first—then connect you with the support, camaraderie, and resources you need to build a life worth living.

Our Core Services

Mental Health Support

Sometimes the best person to talk to is another veteran who understands. Our team offers peer-to-peer support, crisis navigation, and referrals to trusted mental health professionals when needed. If you feel alone, you’re not, let us walk with you. We’re here day and night to stand by your side through the hard days and the good.

Resource Navigation

Benefits, medical care, employment, or legal questions can feel overwhelming. We’ll help you cut through the red tape and connect with the right people and programs — whether that’s VA support, local healthcare, or other trusted community partners.

Food & Basic Needs Assistance

No one should go hungry or struggle alone. Our pantry and free meal programs are available for veterans and their families, offering groceries, essentials, and shared meals that nourish both body and spirit.

Mentorship & Life Skills

Life after service can bring new challenges. We provide mentoring and practical support — from navigating civilian employment, to daily life skills, to being a steady presence in times of transition. Our goal is to help every veteran move forward with confidence.
