Your Support Makes the Mission Possible.

Every gift of time, skill, or resources strengthens the programs that help veterans build a life worth living.

Why Your Support Matters

Benewah County has more veterans per capita than any other county in Idaho. We’re here to serve them with respect and care—but it’s the support of local businesses and community members that makes it possible. Your gift provides a place for healing and camaraderie, support for PTSD and suicide prevention, a food pantry, veteran benefits, and community events. As a registered nonprofit, the Outreach Center runs on the dedication of our community. Every meal, every mentor, every family supported happens because people like you choose to give.

Ways to Get Involved

Every dollar makes an impact — from providing meals and groceries, to offering crisis support, to keeping the lights on at the center. Every nickel goes to support a veteran; no money is spent elsewhere.

One of the most meaningful ways to support local veterans is by including the Veteran’s Outreach Center of Benewah County in your estate or will. A planned gift helps ensure that future generations of veterans will always have a place to turn for support, camaraderie, and care.

If you’d like to set this up, simply talk with your attorney about adding the Veteran’s Outreach Center of Benewah County as a beneficiary in your will, trust, or life insurance policy. We’re happy to answer questions and provide any information you or your advisor might need.

Consider becoming a sustaining donor. Monthly support helps us plan ahead and expand our reach.

Groceries, hygiene items, and household supplies help meet everyday needs for veterans and their families.

Welcome veterans, serve meals, organize pantry supplies, and provide a listening ear.

Help host gatherings, from coffee hours to our annual events.

Offer your unique talents — whether that’s counseling, trades, transportation, or administrative support.

Local businesses, churches, and organizations are vital to our mission. Partner with us to expand services and create lasting change for veterans in Benewah County.
